Refund Policy
1. Counselling Sessions
We offer a full refund for counselling sessions if they are cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
2. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, such as PDF reports, no refunds will be provided once the product has been delivered or accessed.
3. Payment Disputes
If you have any payment disputes or concerns, please contact us at admin@teachr.co.in within 7 days of your purchase.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited via your original payment method.
